		<description>Well, i think it is time academicians stopped spending their time to discuss globalization. The process is certainly going on. And yes, it definitely does lead to inequalities. But every process does lead to inequalities.

The issue is how to manage the existing economy that has been affected by a host of factors, one of them being Globalization.</description>
