India Nuggets: Readings from the Brookings Institution

On March 8, The Brookings Institution hosted an event titled Is India’s High Growth Sustainable. I could not attend as I live a quarter of a world away, but the even announcement also included some other interesting articles, worth checking out:

1. Energy Security Series: India (full PDF here): A rather long report on the use and emerging issues in energy, energy security and policy. Its particularly interesting for its perspective of how energy needs reflect in and will impact India’s foreign policy stands.
2. Accounting for Growth: Comparing China and India (full PDF paper): Yes, (yet) another paper comparing India and China. But this one comes from an Institute I usually respect, so it might have some interesting perspectives.
